en-Station is a next generation residential distribution board. The compact enclosure contains both the dedicated circuits for future residential must-haves such as solar power generation and EV charging, and the optional functions such as lightning arrestors and overcurrent alarms.
The industry's thinnest blade breakers are mounted in the branch circuits, making it feasible to downsize the distribution board significantly.
e-Monitor visualizes electric usage status by measuring and recording data, and it helps detect inefficiencies. The demand-alarming function restrains electricity usage at its peak, which reduces electricity usage as well as controls contract demand.
The Electricity used at Tohoku branch and Sendai Sales office is covered by this solar power generation system and the surplus is bought by Tohoku-Electric Power.
In First Akatsuki Plant, we used to input the data for cost calculation with the print-outs of the drawings and the specifications. Since those print-outs amounted to an enormous sum, the secondary displays have been provided to the PCs to reduce paper usage. The move helps reduce paper usage by 120,000 sheets per year.
By changing the standard fluorescent lamps and the mercury lamps to the efficient-type fluorescent lamps, we have achieved electricity usage reduction by 67%.
